Management Associate / $3,200 - $3,300 Basic

• $3,200 - $3,300 Basic (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Working days: 5 or 5.5 days per week, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests professionally, show them to their seats, and ensure a positive dining experience.

• Assist guests with menu recommendations and order placement.

• Process payments and manage online reservations through designated mini-program platforms.

• Present and introduce food, beverages, desserts, and promotional offerings to guests.

• Support the smooth running of daily operations, including afternoon tea service, evening beverage service, and dessert preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness, service quality, and an inviting dining environment.

• Work closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service and enhance guest satisfaction.
  

Requirements:

• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is preferred.
