Job Description - Manager

We are a tyre company specializing in new tyre sales, used tyre recycling, and tyre services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, business development, customer service, procurement, inventory control, team management, and overall business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and achieving the company's strategic objectives. Like:

1. Business Management

Develop business strategies and operational plans.

Set sales, recycling, service, and profit targets.

Monitor business performance and profitability.

Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Ensure the company achieves its financial and operational objectives.

2. Sales Management

Lead and manage the sales team.

Develop and implement sales strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Expand customer base, including transport companies, logistics firms, construction contractors, and fleet operators.

Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.

3. Procurement and Inventory Management

Source and negotiate with tyre suppliers.

Ensure a stable supply of products.

Control purchasing costs.

Manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.

Oversee warehouse operations and stock accuracy.

4. Used Tyre Recycling Management

Develop and maintain recycling channels.

Establish pricing and collection policies for used tyres.

Coordinate the collection, storage, and disposal of used tyres.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and waste management requirements.

5. Tyre Service Operations Management

Oversee tyre installation, repair, balancing, alignment, and maintenance services.

Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures.

Manage and train service technicians.

6. Financial Management

Monitor company revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Control operational costs.

Manage cash flow and budgeting.

Supervise accounts receivable and debt collection.

Evaluate financial performance and implement improvement measures.

7. Human Resource Management

Recruit, train, and develop employees.

Establish performance evaluation systems.

Motivate staff and improve team productivity.

Foster a positive workplace culture.
