Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the beauty salon.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the beauty team to achieve sales and service targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.

• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

• Monitor inventory, salon cleanliness, and operational standards.

• Develop sales strategies and promote beauty treatments and packages.

• Resolve customer feedback and maintain a professional salon environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty salon management or a related supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• Sales-oriented with the ability to lead a high-performing team.

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs) are preferred.

Salary: S$8,000 – S$13,000 Basic Salary + Attractive Commission. (Depending on experience and performance)

Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 PM
