Job Description - Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering excellent customer service and a pleasant experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the wellness centre and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage and supervise therapists, reception staff and other employees.
  • Prepare staff work schedules and monitor staff attendance.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering and supplier coordination.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily operations effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
