Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the daily operations of the business.
* Lead, coach, and motivate employees to achieve operational excellence.
* Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate staff in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
* Prepare employee work schedules and ensure adequate manpower planning.
* Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
* Monitor staff performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
* Maintain inventory control and oversee procurement of operational supplies.
* Prepare operational reports and recommend strategies to improve business performance.
