Job Summary

Managers ensure their assigned department, store, or district is well staffed and provisioned, meets quality and service standards, increases revenue and market share, and supports business goals. They hire and train employees, develop and implement strategies, and oversee operations to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities and supervise daily business operations to maintain efficiency and service quality
• Hire, train, motivate, and coach employees to deliver attentive and efficient customer service
• Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback and training opportunities to enhance skills
• Resolve conflicts and complaints from customers and employees to maintain a positive environment
• Monitor store activity to ensure proper staffing and adequate provisioning of resources
• Analyze operational information and processes to identify inefficiencies and develop effective improvements
• Establish and achieve business and profit objectives aligned with company goals
• Maintain a clean and organized business environment with attractive signage and displays
• Generate reports and present relevant information to upper management and stakeholders
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold standards
• Perform additional duties as needed to support overall business health and success
• Apply strong business management, financial, and leadership principles to guide decision-making
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Manage time and projects efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives
