• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $14000 + Completion Bonus

The company is a specialized clinical research unit based in Singapore, focusing on early‑phase human trials and innovative health technologies. It integrates biomedical expertise with modern digital tools to advance drug development and support global healthcare progress.

Responsibility

• Study & Operational Planning – Lead communication and liaison between internal and external cross‑functional teams to optimize protocol implementation.

• Cross‑Functional Integration – Drive coordination of CRU activities to meet study requirements efficiently.

• Subject Matter Expertise – Serve as a knowledge resource on CRU processes, IRB, and regulatory requirements for internal and external stakeholders.

• Study Design Input – Provide operational insights during study planning and ensure consistency in IRB responses.

• Project Milestone Management – Collaborate with schedulers and protocol leads to establish realistic timelines and deliverables.

• Leadership in Study Execution – Participate in protocol reviews, execution meetings, and liaise with sponsors to resolve emerging issues.

• Process Expertise & Compliance – Maintain deep knowledge of global/local policies and best practices to guide operational decisions.

• Metrics & Documentation – Ensure accurate collection of CRU metrics, maintain operational databases, and influence teams to document key decisions.

• Continuous Improvement – Identify learning opportunities, lead post‑study reviews, and share process improvements to enhance study effectiveness.

• Team Leadership & Development – Supervise, coach, and manage team members, aligning objectives with organizational priorities and driving performance outcomes.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in science or health-related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical research with project management and/or operational management experience.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
