As a Manager, Sales, we rely on you to:

• Implements sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio
• Works closely with the Business Development team in increasing share from existing accounts
• Supports and executes group wide sales initiatives
• Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Business Conversion sales team.
• Supports the development and maintenance of the client database and all other sales systems. Establishes and maintains up-to-date client profiles in all relevant systems.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum Dipoma in Hotel Management and/or Sales & Marketing
• At least 3 years of relevant Managerial experience
• Good communication and people management skills
• Able to communicate priorities and drives departmental goals and results
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
