Job Summary

Drive business growth by conducting market research and developing strategic partnerships in the semiconductor industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product planning and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze semiconductor industry trends to identify customer needs and business opportunities
• Identify and develop potential customers, distributors, subcontractors, and strategic business partners to expand market reach
• Prepare market intelligence reports and presentations to support strategic business planning
• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to align product planning with market strategies
• Coordinate customer visits, exhibitions, and marketing activities to strengthen customer and partner relationships
• Support after-sales service by coordinating customer follow-up with Engineering and Service teams
• Manage overseas travel for customer visits, service support, exhibitions, and business development activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organisational skills demonstrated through customer engagement and reporting
• Analytical skills to interpret market data and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in English to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel overseas for customer support, exhibitions, and business development

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with South Asian business culture (added advantage)
