[MNC] Regional Sales Support & Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' sales order enquiries via calls and emails

• Taking care of clients across SEA regions and ensure client service satisfaction

• Prepare sales quotations in multi-currencies for regional clients for product pricing information

• Responsible for end-to-end order processing and order fulfilment activities to ensure on-time delivery

• Work closely with cross-functional regional team in fulfilling customers order promptly

• Work closely with vendors to ensure sufficient inventory level to fulfill customer orders

• Arrangement and coordination of import/ export and customs-related clearance processes for regional shipments

• Contribute to the development of sales and customer service strategies

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a regional sales support/ inside sales role, preferably within the Electrical & Electronics/ IT Hardwar/ Security Solutions industry
