Job Responsibilities:

• Perform standard periodic maintenance checks and basic repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer schedules safely.
• Execute all maintenance and servicing tasks with high precision.
• Implement workshop 3S principles including sorting, tidying, and cleaning to ensure tools and parts are properly organized and the workspace is safe. 
• Assist in basic vehicle assessments and accurately report the findings directly to superiors. 
• Complying technical shop manuals to execute service tasks accurately, perform test rides and sign off on final inspection logs to guarantee vehicle safety. 
• Follow standard service workflows closely to support daily workshop activities and maximize shop efficiency.
• Provide full support to supervisory/management staff on ensuring effective workshop operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC / SKM Level II/III in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent with fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in a motorcycle or automotive servicing environment are highly encouraged.
• Basic mechanical skills and a fundamental understanding of motorcycle structures.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 2 or Malaysian Class B license. (Malaysian license holders must be willing to convert to a Singapore Class 2license).
• Team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
• Good manual literacy with the ability to follow technical documentation and willing to complete mandatory training modules.
• Disciplined and professional presentation with the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
• A strong passion for motorcycles, attention todetail, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
