About the Role

IQ Fightclub is seeking a passionate and experienced Muay Thai Instructor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Muay Thai training, inspiring members of all fitness levels, and fostering a positive and inclusive gym culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging group classes and private training sessions for students of varying skill levels.

• Teach and demonstrate proper Muay Thai techniques, including striking, pad work, clinching, defensive skills, and sparring.

• Develop structured training programs focused on skill progression, fitness, and conditioning.

• Provide individual coaching, feedback, and motivation to help members achieve their goals.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions.

• Maintain training equipment and ensure the gym remains clean and organized.

• Support gym events, seminars, inter-club activities, and member engagement initiatives.

• Assist with social media content creation, promotional activities, and gym marketing efforts when required.

• Uphold the gym's standards of professionalism, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Muay Thai Instructor, Trainer, or competitive fighter.

• Strong technical knowledge of Muay Thai, including pad holding, clinching, and sparring instruction.

• Ability to teach and motivate students of different ages, fitness levels, and experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, professional conduct, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Basic English communication skills required.

• First Aid and CPR certification will be an advantage.

• Experience coaching competitive fighters will be an advantage.

Working Hours

• 5.5-day work week.

• Includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the class schedule.
