-NEW- 12 Months Senior Manager/ Manager (Technical Excellence)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage a team responsible for handling customer service and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer disruption.

·       Take ownership of high-priority and sensitive cases, coordinating swift corrective actions and maintaining high service standards.

·       Collaborate with customers, contractors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution of works and issue resolution.

·       Leverage IT systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office applications to streamline operations, improve processes, and enhance administrative efficiency.

·       Foster ahigh-performance, customer-centric culture through strong leadership, continuous improvement, and ethical business practices.

·       Manage budgets, forecasting, scenario planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization to support operational objectives.

·       Prepare management reports and facilitated stakeholder communications, negotiations, and project coordination to drive informed decision-making.

Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
