Operation Support Officer - MOE Primary School (JOB REF-OSTSNT-2026-06-001)

Role:

This is a full-time, onsite, Operation Support officer Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected, 

You will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal, Operations Manager and/ Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Yishun) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing of school premises as per schedule.

• Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace

• Providing logistical support for school events and activities 

• Setting up and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.

• Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials

• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements: 

• Completed primary school education.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as operations support staff or in a similar role in MOE institutions (schools)

• Medically fit and able to perform physical tasks associated with the role.

• Strong ability to work effectively as a team player and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and other stakeholders.

Summary: 

Contract Period: From 15 Sep 2026 to 14 Sep 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (alternating on weekly basis):

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

• Fridays: 6:30am to 3:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

                                                              AND

• Mondays to Thursdays: 9:45am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

• Fridays: 10:15am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
