Job Description - Operations Administrator (Jurong West/Transport/5 days/up to $2800)

5 days, Jurong West,Transport (2 ways)
$2000 - $2800, yearly AWS, performance bonus
Medical/Dental benefits

Responsibilities:

Check and ensure orders arrive on time
Follow up with clients on incoming receiving goods or order with discrepancies
Order processing, maintain and ensure that required reports are up-to-date at all time
Plan and coordinate work for team members based on customer’s priority
Communicate with clients on arising issues
Daily Inbound & Outbound Activities

Requirements

Possess a Diploma in Logistics and supply chain or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity
Willing to learn
Able to work independently
Positive and strong self driven attitude
