Operations Executive

• Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations for passenger and commercial vehicles.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules while monitoring fleet status.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures while delivering good customer service.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily delivery operations.
• Arrange vehicle inspections, maintenance, and servicing for the fleet.
• Maintain the general upkeep and cleanliness of all fleet vehicles.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Responsible, team-player and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess valid class 3 driving license
