Operations Executive (E-commerce & Retail)

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is a hands-on role in a small team, where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution across customer experience, order fulfilment, and inventory management. You will be expected to take ownership of your work, adapt to changing priorities, and step in where needed to support the business.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Customer Service

• Attend to showroom customers

• Recommend products based on customer needs

• Handle customer enquiries 

• Manage returns and exchanges (online and in-studio)

• Ensure good housekeeping within showroom and inventory

Operations & Fulfilment

• Pack and fulfil online orders

• Coordinate courier pickups

• Receive and organise inventory

• Maintain stock accuracy

• Conduct stock counts.

Ecommerce Management

• Record and monitor daily sales

• Create and update product listing

• Manage Shopify and Online Marketplace Shop Listings

• Maintain product information and inventory records.

General Operations Support

• Support administrative and operational tasks where required

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or operations is preferred

• Energetic and enthusiastic

• Good interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and careful with work

• Responsible and able to work independently

Commitment Hours

• 44 hours/week

• Able to commit on Weekends, based on store hours.
