Are you passionate about community engagement, operations, and building meaningful relationships?

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Operations Executive (Engagement & Outreach) to join a fast-growing technology company in the mobility industry. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive engagement initiatives, strengthen community relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute engagement campaigns to acquire, retain, and strengthen relationships with the community.
• Organise events, roadshows, outreach activities, and engagement programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and community ambassadors.
• Create and manage communication materials across digital platforms, including email campaigns, social media, messaging channels, and in-app communications.
• Gather community feedback and work with internal stakeholders to improve overall experience.
• Analyse engagement data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Moderate online community platforms and ensure timely responses to enquiries.
• Provide operational, administrative, and project support for business initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc projects and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Operations, Marketing, Communications, Community Management, Events, or related functions is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with EDM platforms or digital communication tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore's ride-hailing or transport industry will be a bonus.
