Job Summary

As an Operations Manager reporting to the Director, you will lead compliance, complaint resolution, inventory management, and support innovation in cleaning operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Investigate and resolve customer and staff complaints related to cleaning operations to enhance service quality
• Manage inventory of cleaning products and materials to ensure availability and cost control
• Support the development of new cleaning products and technologies by collaborating with relevant teams
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director to support operational effectiveness
