Operations Specialist

• Support full property lifecycle coordination — assist with space takeover, furnishing, resident move-in and daily property upkeep tasks.
• Follow and assist in updating standardized SOPs for property maintenance and cleaning workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare vacant units and ensure on-time readiness for new customers.
• Track occupancy turnover schedules and assist in optimizing daily operational workflows to speed up space deployment.
• Communicate to understand customer needs, organize activities to to improve customer satisfaction. , especially clients from China on weekly basis to improve customer retention.

Facilities & Maintenance Support

• Process daily maintenance tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Liaise with internal maintenance staff and external vendors to uphold property cleanliness, safety and functional standards.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance plans and record performance data including response time, repair quality and maintenance costs.

Process Execution & Optimization Assistance

• Document daily operational procedures and follow scalable workflows aligned with company growth requirements.
• Utilize digital tools (spreadsheets, task trackers, property management systems) to track daily tasks, expenses and team communications.
• Flag operational bottlenecks and submit improvement suggestions to boost work efficiency, service quality and cost management.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of management experience in services sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to handle diverse clientele.
- Experience working with or within Chinese corporate environments will be a advantage.
