Order Fulfilment Officer (West, 5 Days, $3.8k)

Salary: $3,800
Work Days: 5 Days (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Work Location: West (near MRT)
Work Terms: 1-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer and product records.
• Monitor orders and coordinate shipments with customers and logistics partners.
• Prepare invoices, shipping documentation and related records.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support documentation for export shipments, Letters of Credit and customer claims.
• Maintain order tracking reports and provide administrative support as required.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, order processing or sales support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle knowledge is an advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented  and able tomanage multiple priorities
• Singaporean only need apply
