Outlet Manager

- The outlet manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that customers receive high-quality services and products, and that staff members work efficiently and effectively.

- The outlet manager's duties include training, scheduling, and supervising staff; ordering and managing inventory of beauty products and supplies; maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards; handling customer complaints and feedback; promoting the salon's brand and services through various marketing channels; and performing beauty treatments as needed.

- The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in managing a beauty salon or similar business, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and organizational abilities, a passion for customer service and satisfaction, and a knowledge of current trends and best practices in the beauty industry.

- The outlet manager work hours may vary depending on the peak times and seasonality of the business. The outlet manager may also be required to work on weekends, evenings, holidays, or special events.
