Outlet Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and people-oriented Restaurant Outlet Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. You will ensure smooth service, excellent customer experience, strong team performance, and overall outlet profitability. Responsibilities

Operations & Service Excellence

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver smooth, efficient, and consistent service
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service at all times
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with food & beverage, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain operational standards

People Management

• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the outlet team to achieve exceptional customer service outcomes
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower coverage for all shifts
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary
• Foster a positive work culture and promote team spirit to enhance employee engagement

Sales, Finance & Inventory

• Monitor sales performance, control costs, and drive overall outlet profitability
• Manage daily cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) operations, and administrative reporting accurately
• Oversee stock levels, purchasing, and waste control to minimize losses and optimize inventory
• Analyze sales trends and propose improvement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention

Marketing & Customer Engagement

• Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions to boost outlet visibility
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate closely with HQ and Marketing teams to increase brand awareness and footfall

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in food & beverage or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through team management
• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and creating excellent guest experiences
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, profit & loss management, and staff supervision
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required
• Demonstrated independence, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and ability to make decisions promptly
