About the Role We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and people-oriented Restaurant Outlet Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. You will ensure smooth service, excellent customer experience, strong team performance, and overall outlet profitability. Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence
Oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver smooth, efficient, and consistent service
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service at all times
Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with food & beverage, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain operational standards
People Management
Lead, train, motivate, and develop the outlet team to achieve exceptional customer service outcomes
Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower coverage for all shifts
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary
Foster a positive work culture and promote team spirit to enhance employee engagement
Sales, Finance & Inventory
Monitor sales performance, control costs, and drive overall outlet profitability
