Manage the overall operation, profitability and performance of a take-away only small cafe outlet.
Duties include :
- overseeing daily operations
- uphold excellent customer service
- manage staff work schedules
- cashiering
- manage food and packaging supplies (inventory management)
- in-charge of any maintenance and administrative operations.
- recruit, train and motivate staff
- maintain high standards of food and service quality, hygiene, health and safety
- generate ans provide reports to management team
Others:
- Able to work independently
- Able to communicate well with subordinates and well as management
- Well organised and structured
- Pleasant disposition and able to engage well with customers and staff
Business Operating Hours are:
Mon to Friday 7am to 5pm
Saturday 7am to 3pm
