JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage daily spare parts requests from workshop technicians.
• Source and procure automotive spare parts from approved suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming parts accurately.
• Issue spare parts according to work orders and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Process purchase orders, delivery orders, and supplier invoices.
• Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and product availability.
• Support cost control initiatives by identifying alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with workplace safety requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts, workshop operations, or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of automotive components and vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
