Passenger Services Associate

📍 Location: Changi Airport, Singapore

Responsibilities:

·      Assist passengers with check-in and boarding

·      Guide passengers using Self-Service Kiosks and Auto Bag Drop

·      Support gate operations and flight departures

·      Assist transit and special assistance passengers

·      Handle customer enquiries professionally

·      Ensure safety and follow airport procedures

Requirements:

·      Able to work rotating shifts, weekends &public holidays

·      Customer service-oriented with good communication skills

·      Basic computer knowledge

·      Able to speak and write English confidently

·      Team player with a positive attitude
