💰 Salary: Up to $2,760 Gross Monthly

🕒 Working Hours: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Day & Night)

• Day Shift: 7:30am – 7:30pm
• Night Shift: 7:30pm – 7:30am

✨ What You'll Be Doing

• Guide patients through registration and appointment procedures
• Provide financial counselling and explain estimated medical charges
• Attend to patient enquiries professionally at the counter and over the phone
• Process payments and perform daily cash reconciliation duties
• Support patients in waiting areas by addressing concerns and enhancing their overall experience
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient patient care services
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system
• Ensure service areas remain clean, organised, and welcoming
• Adhere to hospital policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with any other duties required to support daily operations
