Patient Service Officer

Overview of the Role: Be a part of our dynamic team to manage patients’ portfolio to ensure they are well taken care of from admission to discharge at our hospitals.

Work Location: Singapore – Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital or Parkway East Hospital.

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following: 

• Ensure accurate documentation for patients admission 
• Follow closely on bill size to ensure existing insurance coverage is sufficient 
• Engage with respective departments and doctors to provide relevant information and documents 
• Liaise with patients / payers for outstanding bills
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Minimum N / O level / NITEC / Diploma 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
• Qualities required for this role include: 
• Customer service oriented and good team player 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Open to shift work arrangement 
• Meticulous and comfortable with numbers 
• Working experience in customer service
