PERFORMING ARTISTE

Job Description & Requirements

1. Orientation started and introduce all the artiste crews members to each other, daily performance get ready to start performing singing and dancing on the stage from 9pm to 2am.

2. Responsible for the audition, evaluation and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.

3. Identify the strengths and weakness of each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.

4. Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes on a monthly basis and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).

5. Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises.

6. Ensuring the overall discipline level among the band members in conforming to rules and regulations.

7. Enforcing discipline and accept zero tolerance.

8. Represent the performing artistes to attend all management meetings.

9. Responsible for the audition, evaluation selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.

10. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards

11. Interpret music or dance and perform in production.

12. Fine tune with others artiste and all the other band members, ensuring smooth operation and ready to perform on the stage at any time in top condition and produce excellence production.

13. Share her stage experience with the other junior artiste.

14. Negotiating contracts and fee, booking venue and handling publicity.

15. Foster and strengthen teamwork

16. Analyzing and identifying trends, resolving quality and customer service

17. Maintain an appropriate on-stage image with the proper grooming and etiquette.

18.Deputize the role of stage compere in his absence
