Perm Insurance Customer Service Executive ($3,200-$4,500) #BYR

Our Client is an established Insurance firm
Working days and Hours: Mon-Fri 830am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels, including hotline, email, and walk-in enquiries.
• Handle policy enquiries, service requests, complaints, and feedback from customers and financial advisors.
• Support customers in using the company's online portals and mobile application.
• Manage outbound calls for customer follow-ups and service-related matters.
• Resolve escalated cases from junior team members and outsourced contact centre partners.
• Ensure all enquiries and requests are completed within service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Support departmental projects, process improvements, and administrative duties as assigned.
