Permanent Customer Service Executive, Contact Centre (Office Hours) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone and other service channels.
• Provide quality customer service to walk in customers and inbound hotline enquiries.
• Manage follow up calls and support customers with policy or service related requests.
• Handle escalated cases from junior team members and outsourced contact centre partners.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks within service standards.
• Support team initiatives, projects, and other operational duties assigned by the Manager or Team Lead.

Job Requirements

• Experience in customer service, contact centre, call centre will be advantageous.
