Picker cum Customer Service Officer

Company Overview

Soon Seng Food Industry Pte Ltd manufactures and supplies quality cooked noodles, dry noodles, and kway teow to distributors and retailers across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare goods physically according to customer orders for timely delivery or collection
• Process sales orders received via phone or WhatsApp by entering data into the computer system and printing invoices and delivery orders
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone and walk-in customer enquiries to provide assistance and information
• Assist production team with ad-hoc tasks to support manufacturing operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to lift weights of 20+ kg to safely perform physical handling tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic proficiency in computer applications to enter orders and print documents
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility in daily work
