Planning Manager

Responsibilities

·      Lead Planning Team to achieve meeting scheduling and deliverables of clients’ orders.

·      Present overview of Planning matters on weekly Management Meeting

·      Work with Cross functional group (eg Sales and Production) on balancing capacity, manpower, machines and materials across processes production.

·      Optimize backlog, WIP and able to maximize throughput through understanding of capacity and process constraints.

·      Inventory and WIP are to be kept at an optimum level to meet demand.

·      Ensure smooth daily, weekly and monthly production plans.

·      Consolidate and validate client forecast and orders.

·      Manage forecast changes, demand fluctuations and urgent orders.

·      Material planning and co-ordination and ensuring materialavailability.

·      Manage individual customer PO booking versus allocated forecast schedule.

·      Achieve on-time delivery goals for customers.

·     Ensure proper documentation and data integrity.
