Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel plans based on budget, destination, group size, travel purpose, and timeline.
Prepare customised itineraries and quotations for family trips, corporate travel, MICE groups, study tours, and other travel arrangements.
Follow up with potential customers and support conversion from enquiry to confirmed booking.

Liaise with suppliers and partners to check availability, rates, booking conditions, payment terms, and service details.
Conduct cost calculation and quotation preparation while ensuring pricing accuracy and margin control.
Prepare travel-related documents such as itineraries, booking summaries, group notices, insurance records, supplier confirmations, and operation checklists.
Follow up on confirmed bookings and ensure all travel arrangements are properly recorded and communicated.
Support on-trip coordination and assist in handling urgent travel-related matters such as flight delays, hotel issues, itinerary changes, customer requests, or service complaints.
Maintain organised records of customer requirements, quotations, bookings, supplier communication, and trip documents.
Support the team in improving travel products, supplier databases, quotation templates, and operational workflows.

Good communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries, quotations, bookings, and travel arrangements at the same time.
Comfortable supporting urgent travel-related matters outside regular working hours when required, especially during peak travel seasons or active trip periods.
Responsible, organised, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid arrangement.
Good written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese, as the role involves communication with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and partners.
Must have a stable internet connection and be responsive during working hours.
