Production Planner

Maintain a clear production plan & execute accordingly for individual production department. Work closely with Operation Manager to achieve Plan vs actual equivalently. Update Superior of Production Status to avoid delays and quality issue timely.

Responsibilities

·       Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.

·       Plan Production Tasks & Schedules according to Orders required.

·       Develop OOR system in the Organisation.

·       Review production plan replying OOR to customer or sales team.

·       Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely.

·       Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution.

·       Report daily production status to Mangers.

·       Analyze back log, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize and plan accordingly for production operations.

·       Coordinate with Managers in planning and implementing engineering changes in production lines.

·       Plan & allocate inventory stock for incoming orders.

·       Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.

·       Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.

·       Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.

·       Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.

Requirements:

•        Diploma in Engineering or 3 years in metal fabrication planning.

•        Responsible for task dateline.

•        3-5 years of hands-on experience in Sheet Metal or Machining environment. 

•        Knowledge in all related machines & tools respectively. 

•        Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills

•        Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills
