The production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the canteen, ensuring a high standard of food service,maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, managing staff, and handling inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Supervise and schedule canteen staff, ensuring that the team is well-trained and motivated.
Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide feedback.
Ensure all canteen staff adhere to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Food Service Operations:
Oversee the preparation and serving of food, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
Ensure that food is stored, prepared, and served incompliance with food safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professiona lmanner.
Inventory Management:
Order and manage food and beverage supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels.
Perform regular stock checks to ensure sufficient inventory and minimize waste.
Ensure the proper storage and rotation of food items according to established standards.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times, responding to customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers.
Menu Planning:
Work with management or relevant teams to plan daily menus.
Ensure that the menu offers variety and meets the dietary requirements of all customers .
