Program Executive/Coordinator (Manufacturing / Customer Service)

• Position : Program Executive/Coordinator (Manufacturing / Customer Service)
• Location : North East – Tai Seng Drive
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Support daily program coordination from customer order/demand to delivery follow-up.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales support matters, and order status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams on production schedules, material readiness, delivery issues, and documentation.
• Track program progress, shortages, bottlenecks, and outstanding actions to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Prepare reports, trackers, dashboards, and management updates for program and operational visibility.
• Support quotation, cost estimate, ECN, RMA, and related customer service activities.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Sales teams.
• Assist in process improvement, SOP updates, and ad-hoc projects where required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / operations / program coordination; senior level requires 5–8 years
• Experience in manufacturing workflows, production planning, and cross-functional coordination
• Familiar with customer order handling, material readiness, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
