Role Summary:
Main contact between client, office, and site team. Ensure smooth communication and paperwork for construction projects. No construction experience needed — training will be given.
Key Duties:
Attend meetings, take notes, and send Minutes of Meeting [MOM]
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for updates/RFIs Handle
project documents: letters, permits, drawings, contracts Track project schedule and report issues to Project
Manager Support site admin: deliveries, access, records filing
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Confident communicator, service-minded
Organized, responsible, fast learner
MS Office skills. Procore/Excel is a plus but not required
