The Management Trainee leads daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards, managing staff recruitment and training, controlling inventory and finances, and driving local marketing initiatives to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards
• Direct and supervise staff to maintain restaurant safety and security protocols
• Recruit new staff and coordinate comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance
• Manage inventory control by establishing schedules and monitoring stock levels to optimize resources
• Oversee financial controls including money handling and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives by engaging prospective guests to promote sales growth
• Maintain accurate business records to support operational and financial reporting
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills to foster a positive work environment and deliver excellent guest service
