Quality Control Inspector (Beauty & Wellness Products) | 5 Days

Location: East Singapore
Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

About the Role

Our client is a reputable logistics and distribution company specializing in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and wellness products. They are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure products meet quality standards before distribution to customers and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections on incoming and outgoing beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and wellness products.

• Verify product packaging, labeling, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product appearance.

• Check products for defects, damages, leakage, contamination, or discrepancies.

• Ensure products comply with quality standards, company requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare inspection reports and document any quality issues identified.

• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams on quality-related matters.

• Support product quarantine, rejection, and corrective action processes when required.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to maintain product integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.

• Prior experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Product Inspection, Warehouse Operations, FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Products industries will be advantageous.

• Good attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Basic computer skills and ability to prepare simple reports.

• Able to work independently and follow inspection procedures.

• Familiarity with beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or wellness products will be a plus.
