Quality Control / Quality Assurance Executive

Lovearth Water Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Quality Control / Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in the Boon Lay West Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and operational excellence across our manufacturing and logistics operations. As a Quality Control /Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is integral to protecting our brand reputation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct regular inspections and testing of products throughout the manufacturing and distribution process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
2. Develop, implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation systems
3. Perform statistical analysis and maintain quality records to identify trends, variations and areas for improvement
4. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to investigate quality issues, determine root causes and implement corrective actions
5. Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to management and stakeholders
6. Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations, standards and best practices
7. Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control procedures and standards
8. Manage and calibrate quality testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
9. Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification
2. 2-4 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance or a related role within manufacturing or logistics environments
3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards and methodologies such as ISO 9001 or similar certifications
4. Proficiency in using quality testing equipment and statistical analysis tools
5. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and deviations from specifications
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and implement corrective measures
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
10. A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
11. Preferred: Experience with water treatment, beverage manufacturing or food and beverage industries
