Receptionist

Contract Period: From 20 Jul 2026 to 19 Oct 2026.
Location: Telok Blangah
Salary: $2760 per month
Working hour: Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm; Fridays: 7:00am to 4.00pm

• Daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
• Support in matters related to finance (e.g. processing invoices) and/or procurement (e.g. coordinating the purchase of food and supplies).
• Handle telephone calls/emails and inquiries from stakeholders.
