Job Description - Receptionist 接待员

Job Summary

You will provide excellent front-desk support by managing customer interactions, appointment bookings, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting customers and managing front-desk operations to create a welcoming environment
  • Enter and update customer information accurately using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain data integrity
  • Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing systems to support efficient office operations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, redirect calls to appropriate departments, and record messages clearly when necessary
  • Book, confirm, and manage customer appointments via phone and SMS to optimize scheduling efficiency
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to deliver excellent service and support
  • Guide and train new staff members to enhance team skills and promote internal growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in retail or telemarketing to support customer engagement and service delivery
  • Basic PC skills to perform administrative and data entry tasks effectively
  • Ability to commit to retail working hours on weekdays (10.45am–9pm) and weekends/public holidays (9.45am–6pm)
  • Cheerful and outgoing personality to foster positive customer interactions
  • Customer-oriented mindset to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

  • 指导及培训新员工,促进团队内部成长与发展。

任职要求

  • 具备零售业或电话营销(Telemarketing)相关经验者优先考虑。
  • 能配合零售业工作时间,包括:平日:上午 10:45 至晚上 9:00周末及公共假期:上午 9:45 至下午 6:00
  • 性格开朗、积极主动,待人亲切。
  • 具备良好的客户服务意识,以客户为中心。
  • 具备基本电脑操作能力。
