Job Description:

• We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support daily operations and ensure a smooth experience for students and parents.
• You will work closely with the Centre Manager to manage enquiries, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

• Follow up on enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins
• Assist with trial lesson bookings and student enrolments
• Provide clear and professional communication to parents and students

Operations and Administration:

• Assist with lesson scheduling and student records
• Track attendance and support daily operations
• Handle basic billing and administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the centre
