Receptionist

Responsibilities:-

• Greeting visitors
• Answering phone calls
• Email and correspondence
• Customer service
• Administrative support
• Maintaining reception area
• Handling general inquiries or requests to the departments or personnel
• Maintaining visitor logs, call logs, and other records as required by Company
• Technical proficiency - using office equipment to perform tasks efficiently
• Collaborating with other staff and departments to ensure seamless communication and operations within Company
• Professional Appearance - maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor as the receptionist often serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients

Requirements:-

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or administrative support roles is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with computer software, including email and basic office application such as Microsoft Office
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Being consistenly punctual and reliable as the receptionist's presence is crucual during office hours
