This role is responsible for supporting the recruitment function by sourcing and hiring candidates for entry- to junior-level positions while providing comprehensive operational and administrative support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative support.
Prior experience recruiting for logistics, supply chain, or warehouse positions will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
A team player who is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working independently when required.
