Recruitment Consultant (Training Provided)

Salary: Basic S$3,000 - S$3,500 + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus + Incentive Trips

Location: Tai Seng | Walking distance from MRT Station

Working Hours: 5 days work week | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Recruitment Specialists. Whether you have experience or are fresh to the industry, we provide full training to equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to succeed. You will play a key role in connecting talented candidates with great career opportunities, while building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential new clients; maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates using various channels to ensure a good match for client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interview appointments between clients and candidates; provide guidance and support throughout the interview process.
• Assist in the onboarding process for successful placements to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both parties.
• Work towards and achieve daily and monthly performance KPIs and targets.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties related to recruitment and operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates or those looking to switch careers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediaries) certification will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in speaking and building relationships with people.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
• Positive attitude, resilient, and able to work well both independently and within a team.
