Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Singapore. The primary responsibilities include driving sales growth within the region, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise effective sales strategies, deliver product presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction by managing accounts and addressing client concerns promptly. Travel within the region will be required to support business development and strengthen client relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Drive revenue growth for iKLAS EKMS across assigned countries.
• Build and manage strong relationships with end-customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
• Lead solutions presentations, product demos, and tender support for business opportunities.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for assigned industry segments.
• Grow and manage key accounts including multinational clients, government agencies, and large enterprises.
• Provide market insights on competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams for project delivery.
• Represent überGARD at trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events.
WHAT YOU NEED
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of regional sales experience in security technology, enterprise solutions, system integration, ICT, or IoT.
• Experience working with channel partners (SI, distributors, VARs).
• Strong sales track record with ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Independent, resourceful, energetic, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel frequently as per business requirements.
This role involves access to classified Singapore Government information. Applicants must meet the nationality and security clearance requirements stipulated by the relevant Singapore Government authorities.
