Rehab Manager (Nursing Home, Central) - #HHW

Job Scope:

• Manage the running and day-to-day operations

• Develop and market day care and rehab services and programmes (centre-based and home-based) to clients, in line with the company's strategic growth plans. 

• Manage the care and support team to deliver the highest quality of community and home care  

• To manage clients' healthcare needs assessment process, the implementation of care plan for clients and engage clients meaningfully and actively with suitable rehabilitative, maintenance, and dementia day care activities and programmes.  

• Manage all enquiries, feedback, complaints and incidents in relation to the Centre operations.   

• Coordinate, implement and monitor clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.

• Identify prospective business partners, develop and sell services to acquire new clients through strategic planning and product positioning.  

• Maintain good relationship with existing and prospective partners and organisations.   

• Adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) relating to clients and staff.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Healthcare, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or any other equivalent certification

• Prior experience from healthcare, allied health professions in an added advantage

• Prior experience in Nursing Home / Community Hospital is an added advantage
