[Remote] Marketing Account Coordinator
Network Singapore — Growth partner for interior design firms
Network is the growth partner for interior design firms in Singapore. We provide software, consulting, and marketing, lead generation, and creative services that help design firms grow.
We're hiring a Project Coordinator to run the operations behind every client account — keeping delivery on schedule, ads running, and content posting on time. You won't be the face to the client (Sales owns that). You're the person who makes sure the work actually ships, every month, across every account.
Think of it like a main contractor on a renovation project. The designer closes the homeowner and stays the point of contact. The main contractor runs the build — schedules the sub-contractors, manages timelines, makes sure handover happens. That's this role.
What you'll coordinate
Delivery scheduling
- Build and maintain the monthly delivery calendar across all active clients (shoots, edits, design work, posts)
- Coordinate the production team — videographers, editors, designers — to hit deadlines
- Work with Sales on client timelines, expectations, and any scope changes
- Run point on shoot coordination: dates, locations, talent, equipment, briefs ready
- Track every deliverable from brief to publish, flag risks early
Client ads (Meta)
- Set up, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns for clients
- Monitor performance, pause underperformers, scale what's working
- Coordinate with Sales and Creative on which creative goes into which campaign
- Keep clients' ad accounts healthy — billing, pixel, asset library
Content scheduling
- Schedule client posts across their social channels on agreed cadences
- Make sure captions, hashtags, tags, and assets are correct before publish
- Track what's been posted vs what's pending
Ops
- Surface bottlenecks to leadership before they become client problems
- Keep internal trackers and the delivery portal accurate
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to move faster on briefs, copy QA, reporting
What you're not doing
- Talking to clients directly (Sales owns that)
- Making creative decisions (Creative leads own that)
- Writing copy, shooting, editing, or designing the work yourself
Who we're looking for
- 1–3 years in a marketing agency, production company, or social media agency
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — you've set up campaigns, read the data, made decisions. Not just watched someone else do it.
- You've juggled multiple accounts at once and didn't drop any
- Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT) — or eager to. We move faster because of them, not slower.
- Allergic to vague timelines. "Soon" is not a date.
- Can have a firm conversation with a designer who's behind without making it personal
- Organised by default, not by effort
- Comfortable in Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Planner, or similar)
- Singapore-based, able to work in-office
What this isn't
A creative role. A client-facing role. A learn-on-the-job role with no accountability. If you want to be the one in the room with the client, this isn't it.
What it is
The role where the business actually runs. Without this seat filled well, delivery slips, ads stall, posts miss, Sales loses trust, clients churn. We're hiring someone who wants that responsibility.
How to apply
Send your CV / resume to [email protected].
In your email, do one thing for us: research Network, then tell us why you'll hit your goals with us specifically. Not a generic cover letter. We want to see how you think and what you've actually understood about what we do. The people who skip this step will be skipped.
